Altered the design a little here and there and noticed a few rule mea culpas. The TIAMAT no longer rolls for damage and now does a flat 10 Energy. Cars exploding does a flat 3. Edited the GM Tips to no longer imply that the Blip reaction can be used multiple times a round. (It says 1/round right there! What a concept!)
